Lowry's March 2015 Market Report - Dan Spencer
Lowry had another great month in March!
Homes Sold - 28
Average Sell Price - $428,090
Total Sf - 2,610
Days on the Market - 52
Price Per Square Foot - $164.02
Lowry's average home price increased $64,878 from Feburary for a 17.86% increase. The increase from 2014 for the same month is a increase of $678 or .016%. These are solid numbers and there is no sign of it changing.

Days on the Market - 49
Price Per Square Foot - $175.72
Lowry's average home price increased $7,836 from January for a 2.20% increase. The increase from 2014 for the same month is a increase of $104,827* or 40.57%*. These are solid numbers and there is no sign of it changing.
*(There were 11 Homes Sold in the month of Feb of 2014 and 8 were condo's sold at a lower price)
